Aircraft exterior has been pressure washed. There were buckets of oil in the hangar when the aircraft was submerged.
Aircraft was in the middle of an annual at the time of the hurricane
All spark plugs had been removed
#5 cylinder, right exhaust stack, and muffler were removed for repair before the hurricane
Muddy water was recently drained from the quick drain
Prop was turned a couple revolutions with some resistance from rust in the cylinders
