REMARKS:

Logbooks - We digitize ALL logbooks available, if it's not digitized then it's not available unless otherwise noted.

Per the insured:

The visible damage is confined to the area under the passenger compartment, inside 6" of ends of the fully extended flaps and propeller blades.

The power was at idle when the AC touched down.  The AC was lifted by the propeller until the gear, which was NOT damaged, could be lowered and towed to the ramp and tied down.

The interior was replaced about 20 years ago and is in excellent shape.

The AC has been in a hangar most of its life and repainted also about 25 years ago and is still excellent.
